Starting points

The MOTS-c nuclear-translocation experiment begins this collection’s interest in metabolic stress. The dialysis cohort follows a circulating measurement in people with serious kidney disease; FLOW instead tests semaglutide treatment in people with type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease.

For the burdens of treatment, the semaglutide safety review, tirzepatide safety analysis and retatrutide obesity trial are useful starting places. Their adverse-effect accounts restore my sense of proportion whenever the more spectacular results threaten to fill the whole picture.
